Many of the most common questions we hear can be answered below:

In the Tier 25 Account Console, simply click Profile > Change Password, and identify a new case sensitive password that's secure and easy to remember. Once you have done this, you're back in business with the Tier 25 mobile app! While there are no standards for setting passwords in Tier 25, we recommend a strong password consisting of letters, both capital and lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

To change your Credit card on file, simply return to the Tier 25 Account Console. After logging in, click Profile > Billing Information, and you will be prompted to update your billing information through a secure, PCI-compliant process.

Email us at support@25pointsystems.com, and simply request a password reset. You’ll generally receive a temporary password within 24 hours, with instructions on changing to a permanent one.

Never. At Tier 25, we believe strongly in the impact our product can have on your business, but if for whatever reason, you decide it’s not the right fit for your agency, simply email us at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle, and you’re off the hook. All contracts are month to month, though we do offer a discount for those who opt to pay for the full year in advance. And as a company or agency, should a producer leave the firm, or otherwise wish to discontinue service, let us know that as well, and we’ll remove them from your billing statement.

“Inviting New Users” is generally used with Organization Accounts adding new Advisors to their own Billing Account. Admin Managers may seamlessly add or delete producers, and are only charged for those on roll at the next billing cycle. “Adding Existing Users” allows Managers not assuming the billing responsibility for others to supervise their Advisors’ activity by finding, and connecting with another Tier 25 user. Managers looking to add multiple Advisors to their teams in this manner may contact us for assistance.

While we hate to lose a customer for any reason, we understand there are lots of reasons for cancelling an account. Simply Email us at support@25pointsystems.com, and we’ll get you taken care of.

To update your Profile information, return to the Tier 25 Account Console. After logging in, click Profile > Edit Profile, and you will be prompted to update your Name, Email Address or Phone Number.
